Satisfied customers only get a glimpse of the organizational processes that take place in the background of so-called 24-hour support. To ensure that it stays that way, Co-Founder, Co-Partner and general manager Michael Gomola has been taking care of the organization of all company processes and quality management at CareWork since 2004.

Michael Gomola previously lived in Germany for 20 years before the trained businessman with a focus on IT moved back to Poland. Thanks to this migration background, Michael Gomola knows the subtleties of the cultures of both countries like no other and uses his experience as a sensitive communication mediator at CareWork. This know-how also makes him an expert when it comes to the different care systems in Germany and Poland.

As a former board member of the BHSB and co-author of the book "Shamefully concealed truths in geriatric care," Michael Gomola used his knowledge and values ​​as a co-founder of the Polish foundation KIGS to improve the quality of life of seniors. The Warsaw Foundation has an advisory function at meetings of parliamentary committees dealing with a wide variety of senior citizen issues in the ministries. The solutions proposed by KIGS have often been incorporated into legislation. The KIGS brings together representatives from business, politics, non-profit organizations and renowned senior citizens' organizations which, in addition to parliamentary events, also plans quality certifications such as senior ok for care facilities, large corporations and municipalities.
