Aimee Graves

Aimee Graves is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in non-profit management and community engagement. As the current President and Chief Executive Officer at The Haven, Aimee Graves previously served as Executive Director and has held various leadership roles at organizations such as CODAC Health, Recovery and Wellness, Inc., and Easterseals, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-million dollar programs and securing significant funding for community initiatives. Aimee Graves has also contributed as a consultant through Aimee Graves & Associates, LLC, and as a CARF Accreditation Administrative & Program Surveyor, applying expertise in accreditation standards across the United States. Aimee Graves’ dedication to youth services is further demonstrated through volunteer efforts with Rotary International and campaign support for local initiatives. Aimee Graves holds a Master’s Degree in International Administration from the School for International Training.
