Administrative & Program Surveyor at CARF International

Ashlee Day has extensive experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, currently serving as C.E.O. and LPC Supervisor at A New Day Counseling, Inc. since 2010. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and staff training, while ensuring compliance with high standards of conduct and organizational policies. Additionally, Ashlee has been an Administrative and Program Surveyor for CARF since 2012, contributing to the improvement of service quality and adherence to organizational standards. Previous roles include Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner, Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor, and Children’s Counselor across various accredited facilities. Ashlee holds a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor's Degree in General Education and Professional Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.
