Bill Blue possesses extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory processes within the healthcare and behavioral health sectors. Currently serving as the National Compliance and Quality Assurance Director at American Addiction Centers since October 2015, Bill has also held the position of CARF Surveyor for CARF International since 2020. Previous roles include Corporate Paralegal at Oceans Healthcare and Licensing and Compliance Officer at Lahey Health Behavioral Services, where significant achievements included leading accreditation processes and reducing deficiencies. Bill's earlier career includes positions as Compliance Manager at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Contract Manager at Level 3 Communications, Human Resources Operations Representative at Eckerd Retail Drug Corporation, and Team Lead/Senior Assessment Specialist for the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse. Bill holds a Master's degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation from UT Southwestern Medical Center.
