John Collins

John Collins is the President of Collins Consulting, a Veteran Owned small business specializing in consulting, project management, CARF accreditation preparation, strategic planning, and interim executive replacement services since August 1986. In addition to leading Collins Consulting, John has served as a Surveyor/Consultant for CARF International since 1993 and previously held the role of Senior Vice President at Goodwill Industries of Santa Cruz, Monterey & San Luis Obispo Counties from April 1987 to January 2015. John's early career includes serving as the Program Director of Health and Human Services at Dominican Santa Cruz Hospital from July 1983 to June 1986. John holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Public Health & Business from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Services Management from SIU Carbondale.
