Sean Dougherty

Sean Dougherty, MSW, LCSW, MRMC, ASDCS, CCM, ACM, CBIS, currently serves as Program Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation at Lifepoint Health® since December 2022. Previously, Sean held various leadership roles in case management at Vibra Healthcare, including Corporate Regional Director and Director, as well as similar positions at Select Medical and Kindred. Sean's early career included roles as Lead Care Manager at AdventHealth, Psychotherapist/Assessment Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, and Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Florida, where management of a team and student resource administration was essential. Sean began as a Social Worker/Case Manager at Community Legal Services, focusing on fair housing discrimination advocacy. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work, both from the University of Central Florida.
