Terrence Carolan

Managing Director, Medical Rehabilitation And Aging Services at CARF International

Terrence Carolan has a diverse work experience in the medical rehabilitation field. Terrence began their career at CARF International in 2011, starting as an Administrative and Program Surveyor before becoming the Managing Director for Medical Rehabilitation in August 2021. In 2016, they joined Select Medical as the Director of Education for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Division and later served as the Assistant Vice President for Education until August 2021. Prior to that, Terrence worked at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation starting in 2001, where they held various roles including Clinical Manager, Acting Director of Rehabilitation, Director of Education, and Staff Physical Therapist.

Terrence Carolan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Terrence also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from The College of New Jersey.
