Tom Williams

Tom Williams, MC, FACHE, has extensive experience in behavioral health management and accreditation, currently serving as a Surveyor at CARF International since May 2018. In addition, Tom holds the position of Special Projects Manager at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc., where responsibilities include the development and implementation of initiatives such as Integrative Clinic Redesign and CARF Accreditation preparation, alongside programs to assist the homeless. Tom previously worked as Chief Clinical Officer at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc. and Turquoise Health and Wellness, Inc., and held various leadership roles, including Associate Administrator and Clinical Administrator at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital. Tom has also contributed to professional organizations as Board Chair for both Lifewell Behavioral Wellness and Triple R Behavioral Health, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees for the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems. Tom earned a Master's degree in Counseling with a focus on Mental Health from the University of Phoenix.
