Brian Sinclair is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and operations, holding roles at several companies across the logistics and sports sectors. Starting as Corporate Sales Manager at Tacoma Rainiers, Brian progressed through various positions at Spokane Indians Baseball Club, before advancing to roles at Convoy Inc, where responsibilities included managing brokerage operations and overseeing carrier operations and program management. Following Convoy's acquisition by Flexport in December 2023, Brian relaunches Convoy and leads the OTR and Transload divisions at Flexport. Currently, Brian serves as Head of Marketplace Strategy at Cargado since March 2025. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Gonzaga University in 2014.
