Amanda Hestick is an experienced recruitment professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Functional Recruiting Lead supporting the Human Resources Function at Cargill since September 2020, Amanda previously held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mortenson and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at both Vista Outdoor Inc. and Ameriprise Financial. Amanda began a recruitment career at TCF National Bank, where the role of Recruiter was undertaken from August 1997 to March 2007. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
