Amanda Munoz

Amanda Munoz has extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as Director of HR Communications at Cargill since August 2004. In this role, Amanda leads internal communications strategies for a business unit with over 2,400 employees, overseeing various communication initiatives, including senior management meetings and employee webcasts. Previous positions at Cargill include Director of Strategy Communications, Change, Communication and Education Lead, and Innovation and Business Process Manager, where Amanda played a key role in driving leadership engagement and managing communication for significant changes. Prior to Cargill, Amanda held various positions at Schreiber Foods. Amanda earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a BS in Food Science from Iowa State University.
