Amrita Mukherjee

Amrita Mukherjee is a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with extensive experience in end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and Service Portal deliverables. They began their career as a Consultant at EY from 2015 to 2018, focusing on custom service desk development and ITSM module customizations. They have since held various positions, including Senior Consultant at Deloitte India and Software Engineering Advisory Consultant at IBM, and currently work as ServiceNow ESM Operations Lead at Koch Business Solutions India and Senior Application Developer at Cargill. Amrita holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
