Andreas Lehr has an extensive career at Cargill since February 2000, holding various leadership positions including Global Engineering Discipline Leader and Corporate Electrical Leader. Responsibilities have included the development of a corporate-wide Electrical Safety Program, the integration of an Electrical Asset Integrity module to enhance safety and reliability, and the provision of engineering and maintenance support across 25 locations in Europe within the Oilseeds Business Units. Andreas has also played a key role in continuous improvement efforts, process safety management, and capital project execution. Before Cargill, experiences at Cerestar Deutschland GmbH as a Project Engineer included leading automation and instrumentation projects, and supporting IT infrastructure maintenance. Andreas holds a Dipl. Ing. in Nachrichtentechnik from Fachhochschule Karlsruhe and has additional studies in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Pforzheim University.
