Andrew Bauer

Andrew Bauer is the North American Procurement Packaging Lead at Cargill, where they lead strategy development for packaging solutions. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Somera Communication as a Senior Buyer and Product Line Manager for telecommunications equipment. In their current role, Andrew manages a high-performing team and has delivered significant cost reductions while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Andrew holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a BA in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
