Ann Steingraeber

Ann Steingraeber is a Senior Counsel at Cargill, specializing in corporate social responsibility, ESG reporting, and sustainability. They previously served as Counsel for Sustainability and provided legal counsel to Cargill's Global Impact function and The Cargill Foundation. Prior to Cargill, Ann held positions at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. as Senior Counsel and Associate Attorney focused on Land Use and Real Estate, and worked as an Attorney at the Housing Justice Center. Ann started their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in community environmental conservation and has interned in various legal roles, including as a Law Clerk for the City of La Crosse and The Nature Conservancy. Ann is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School and has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and History from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
