Bart Crombez has over three decades of experience in various roles within the fields of automation and IT, predominantly at Cargill since July 1990. Currently serving as the EMEA AEI Lead for Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health, Bart has held multiple significant positions such as EMEA Process Systems and Controls Advisor, EMEA Manufacturing IT Lead, and EMEA Plant IT Operations Manager. Bart's earlier career includes a tenure as an Automation Engineer at Vandemoortele from 1990 to 1998. Bart holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, obtained between 1979 and 1983, and completed secondary education at Don Bosco Kortrijk from 1973 to 1979.
