Blake Howard

Blake Howard has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and management. Currently serving as City Clerk for the City of California, Missouri since October 2022, Blake also holds the position of Finance Manager at Vantage Supported Living. In addition, Blake has been with Cargill since 2008, initially as Purchasing Manager/Plant Accounting Supervisor and currently as Financial Planning & Analysis Team Leader since August 2016, overseeing plant accounting duties and supervising staff to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prior experience includes a role as Accounting & Finance Lead and Parts Manager at Putnam Chevrolet from 2003 to 2007. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lincoln University in Missouri between 1993 and 1997, and attended the University of Central Missouri from 1992 to 1993.
