Brent Frederick currently serves as the Technical Services and Innovation Director for Pork at Cargill, a position held since May 2020. In addition, Brent holds roles as both the Monogastric Innovation Lead and the Pork Innovation Lead at the same company. Prior to Cargill, Brent worked at Christensen Farms from June 2003 to May 2020, where Brent was the Director of R&D and Innovation. Brent's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Nutrition from North Carolina State University, a Master's degree in Animal Nutrition from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University.
