Brian Highfill

Brian Highfill is currently working at Cargill as a Protein Analytics Lead and Beef Economist. Prior to this, Brian has gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, a Price Risk Management Intern at Smithfield Foods, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University, and a Risk Optimization Intern at Koch Industries. Brian also interned at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture and worked on the Employment Data Team at Career Services- Oklahoma State University. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.
