Brooke Smith is a seasoned professional in strategy and transformation, currently leading the Soft Seeds & Grains Program at Cargill, where they focus on climate change solutions and sustainability initiatives. With previous experience as the US Origination Lead for Cotton and roles in marketing and sustainability at Cargill, Brooke has demonstrated strong expertise in regenerative agriculture and financial markets. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, which laid the foundation for their work in the agriculture and food industry.
