Bryan Etzel

Bryan Etzel is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and operations within the food production and processing industry. At Cargill, Bryan served in multiple roles including Senior Project Engineer and Plant Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering, capital, and maintenance activities, overseeing large capital project portfolios, and leading teams towards compliance with safety and operational goals. Bryan also contributed to significant projects such as a $40 million capacity expansion and boiler MACT compliance efforts. Earlier in the career at Wayne Farms, Bryan held the position of Team Leader and Area Supervisor, playing a key role in plant expansions and new facility startups. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Georgia.
