Carmen Kilde

Carmen Kilde has extensive experience as an executive assistant, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Cargill since June 2019, after holding roles as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant in Corporate Strategy within the same company. Prior to Cargill, Carmen worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2019, and as an Executive Assistant at Värde Partners from January 2016 to August 2017. Carmen's earlier experience includes serving as an Investor Relations Associate at The Mosaic Company from November 2004 to January 2016 and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Meyers from October 1996 to November 2004.
