Charles Link has extensive experience in the meat industry, primarily at Cargill, where roles have included Technical Services Director at Cargill Meat Solutions since December 1987 and at Cargill Value Added Meats from 1987 to 2009. Since June 2017, Charles has also served as Quality Improvement Manager at Cargill Protein Group. Charles holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from James Madison University, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, completed from 1976 to 1979.
