Dan Kraft

Dan Kraft is a Canadian Supply Chain Leader at Cargill, responsible for managing grain and crop input supply chains across Canada. Previously, Kraft served as Vice President Operations at Merit Functional Foods, where they oversaw procurement, operations, and logistics, and significantly expanded the operations team while commissioning a state-of-the-art protein extraction facility. They have also held various leadership roles at Cargill, Maple Leaf Foods Inc, and have expertise in continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and building collaborative teams. Kraft holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from The University of British Columbia.
