Dana Frederick

Dana Frederick, SPHR, currently serves as Director of Global HR Business Partner at Cargill, a role held since April 2020. Prior to this, Dana was the Director of HR Business Partner at Strategic Education, Inc. from August 2018 to April 2020, following the merger of Capella Education Company and Strayer Education Company. Dana's extensive experience at Capella Education Company spanned from March 2004 to August 2018, encompassing roles as Director of HR Business Partner, Senior Manager of Learning and Development/Organization Effectiveness, and Instructional Designer. Earlier career experience includes working as a Trainer at Educational Testing Service (ETS) from August 1999 to March 2004. Dana holds a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Strategic HR Certificate from Cornell University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, and an MS in Education with a focus on Instructional Design, both from Capella University.
