Derek Gerber

Derek Gerber is an accomplished trader with extensive experience at Cargill, where roles have included Trader, Junior Trader, Assistant Sales Trader, and Credit Analyst since May 2013. Responsibilities include managing customer trade portfolios, analyzing commodity markets, and maintaining relationships with origination customers. Previous experience encompasses being a Student Analyst for the LSBE Financial Markets Program, where Derek managed a $500,000 equity portfolio, and earlier roles as a Credit Coordinator Intern and Finance Intern. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Markets from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2013.
