Don Monk

Don Monk currently serves as Vice President of Strategy, Governance and Operations for Digital Technology and Data at Cargill, focusing on digital and data transformation initiatives. Previously, Don Monk held several key positions at General Mills, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Technical Officer, where responsibilities encompassed global strategy and operations in technology solutions, project management, and enterprise data. Don Monk has extensive experience in managing technology for marketing capabilities and software engineering, complemented by a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/MIS from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
