Dustin Johnson

Dustin Johnson is the Global Capital Procurement Director at Cargill, where they lead a multi-billion-dollar project portfolio across over 60 countries. With a strong background in sourcing, procurement, engineering, and operations, they have successfully developed and implemented capital procurement strategies that delivered significant cost savings. Prior roles at Cargill included Sr Sourcing Director for Global MRO and Facility Services, as well as various engineering management positions, where they honed their skills in optimizing processes and building high-performing teams. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2002.
