Eric Koch

Eric Koch is a seasoned operations leader with over 30 years of experience in project management and food processing. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Cargill, they oversee facility operations that encompass various production lines. Eric has held multiple roles at Cargill, including Plant Manager and Quality Manager, and has been responsible for quality assurance, terminal operations, and managing diverse teams. They also possess a Master of Business Administration in Management Science and Operations from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ohio Dominican College. Prior to their career in operations, Eric served as a Fire Support Specialist in the US Army.
