Eric Lai is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner for Food Southeast Asia and Australia New Zealand at Cargill since 2019, Eric plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategies, fostering high-performance cultures, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Eric held the position of Country HR Director at JLL, leading HR transformation initiatives and guiding talent management strategies. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources for Baxter International in Malaysia and Indonesia, Senior Human Resources Manager for AstraZeneca in Malaysia and Singapore, and Human Resources Manager at Procter & Gamble.
