Ethan Theis has extensive experience in commercial activities and strategic leadership, having served as Assistant Vice President at Cargill from 2015 to 2019, where they managed a $4+ billion business division serving the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Ethan held various positions at Cargill and Cargill DSO, including Senior Domestic Trader and Integration Leader. They began their career as Operations Director at North County Times from 1998 to 2004. Currently, Ethan is pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering at Northwestern University and an MBA at the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
