Evan Chaney, PhD, is currently an Advisor in Food Safety Technology at Cargill, Inc., specializing in Animal Nutrition & Health. Since 2022, Evan has held various leadership roles within Cargill, including Director of Food Safety Microbiology and Director of Global RTS. Prior to Cargill, Evan worked at Diamond V as Director of Food Safety Microbiology and contributed to AOAC INTERNATIONAL as a Director At Large on the Board of Directors. Evan's academic journey includes research positions at Texas Tech University, culminating in a PhD candidacy. Currently, Evan is pursuing a certification in innovation from Sparkademy.
