Felyn G. is an experienced ESG Finance Leader currently serving as the Director of ESG Metrics at Cargill, where they lead initiatives for compliance and commitments. Previously, as an ESG Finance Manager at General Mills, they developed enterprise readiness roadmaps for Climate Disclosure rulings and enhanced data integrity through the implementation of the Workiva reporting platform. Felyn's diverse experience includes roles in Global Sourcing FP&A, managing significant budgets, and leading various financial audits. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
