Flor Pena is a Supply Chain Senior Director for Cargill in the Bioindustrials EMEA region, currently leveraging over 20 years of experience in supply chain management across FMCG and industrial sectors in Latin America and Europe. Flor holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and an MBA with distinction from Imperial College London. Prior to their current role, Flor served as a consultant in Ukraine and Russia, and held various managerial positions at companies such as L'Oréal and Nestlé, where they significantly improved operational efficiencies and customer service levels.
