Frédéric Niola

Frédéric Niola is the Global Innovation Director for Cargill Beauty, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this role, Frédéric served in various leadership positions at L'Oréal from 2007 to 2016, including Raw Materials Purchasing Director and Worldwide Packaging Sourcing Director. Frédéric holds a DEA in Plant Based Raw Materials Treatment from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, an engineering degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse, and a Master of Applied Research in Chemical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke. Additionally, they completed the Leadership for Growth program at CEDEP – Executive Development in Fontainebleau from 2013 to 2014.
