Frederic Van Mol

Frederic Van Mol is the Trading Director for cocoa and chocolate at Cargill, where they manage sourcing activities, derivatives trading, and risk management for the EUWAF market. Previously, Frederic worked at GDF SUEZ Trading as an energy trader and held roles in power physical operations. They also served as Trading Manager for Chocolate Raw Materials at Cargill, leading a team of traders and overseeing cash and futures markets. Frederic obtained a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Universiteit Gent and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Banking & Finance at the same institution.
