Hans Ridderikhoff has a diverse work experience in the field of Research & Development and Technology. Hans is currently working as the Associate Director of Research & Development at Cargill since July 2022. Prior to joining Cargill, they worked at Croda where they held various roles including Research & Technology Director, Global Research & Technology Manager, Research & Development Manager, and Technical Marketing Manager. Before Croda, they worked at Witco as the Industry Manager Europe, responsible for sales and technical service in the metalworking formulation industry. Hans also has experience working at Quaker Chemical as a Product Manager and Product Development Chemist in the metalworking domain.

Hans Ridderikhoff began their education journey at Leiden University from 1982 to 1988, where they pursued a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry. Following this, in 1988-1989, they attended SROC and obtained the rank of Lieutenant in the field of study of Cavalry. Between 1996 and 1997, Hans attended the Marketing Institute ISW, earning a degree in Marketing NIMA B BtB. In 2008, they briefly attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with a focus on Strategic Management. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Hans Ridderikhoff was enrolled in the Leadership Development Program Croda at Hult Ashridge.
