Hélène Lecompte

Hélène Lecompte is currently the EMEA Chemicals & Ingredients Category Lead - Advisor at Cargill, where they develop strategies for sustainable value in partnership with the Buying Team. Prior to this role, Hélène held various positions at Cargill, including Global Strategic Sourcing Category Lead and EMEA Ingredients Buyer, where they managed significant spending and negotiated supplier contracts. Hélène's experience also includes project management and procurement at Nestlé S.A., as well as research in international economy in the food sector. They hold engineering degrees in International Agricultural and Food Markets Management from the Groupe Ecole supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers and ITESM.
