Henk Enting is currently the Sr. Poultry Technology Lead at Cargill. They previously served as the Global Technical Manager for Poultry at Trouw Nutrition from 2008 to 2011, and as an Application and Solution Specialist Poultry at Nutreco in 2012. Henk has also worked as a Poultry Researcher and Cluster Coordinator at Schothorst Feed Research from 1991 to 2005. They earned a Master’s Degree in animal breeding, animal nutrition, and agricultural economics, as well as a Ph.D. from Wageningen University, focusing on the effects of low-density diets on broiler breeder and offspring performance.
