Ignacio Iorfida

Ignacio Iorfida is an HRBP Operations professional at Cargill since October 2020, with expertise in employee industrial relations across LATAM, employee experience initiatives, and internal communication. Ignacio has successfully created and implemented internal campaigns and events while participating in strategic employer branding projects. Additionally, Ignacio has been the hockey coach at Club Ferro Carril Oeste since February 2016, overseeing training for youth teams. Previous experience includes working in sales at The Hockey Store, managing various aspects of retail operations, and interning in administration at DIA Group. Ignacio holds a degree in Public and Institutional Relations from UADE, completed in December 2021.
