Isaak Brott

Isaak Brott has extensive experience in technical services and analytical chemistry, primarily within the food and nutrition sectors. At Cargill from August 2015 to June 2021, Isaak served as Business Development Technical Services Manager, providing support for fats and oils in various applications, and as Customer Solutions Technical Services Manager, driving category growth through proactive customer solutions. Previously, Isaak worked as an Analytical Chemist, managing an analytical lab and utilizing advanced techniques like HPLC and GC to support critical business decisions. Prior to Cargill, Isaak held roles at AminoAcids.com from July 2007 to July 2015, including Quality Supervisor, where chromatographic data was analyzed, and Analytical Chemist, focusing on sample analysis for amino acids and vitamins. Isaak holds a B.A. in Biology from Concordia College, obtained in May 2007.
