Jake Hays is currently the Managing Director of Oilseed Processing NA at Cargill, where they oversee operations in a critical segment of the agricultural industry. Previously, they held several leadership roles within Cargill, including International Steel and Iron Ore Trading Manager and Trading Leader and General Manager for Biodiesel/Glycerin in North America, where they significantly improved P&L results. Jake also served as Chief Transformation Officer for Cargill's North American Agricultural Supply Chain Business, driving strategic transformation initiatives. They began their career in merchandising, trading, and analytical roles, culminating in a successful tenure as Industrial Starch Commercial Manager. Jake is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of St. Thomas.
