James Bird is currently the Smart Manufacturing Capability Owner at Cargill, where they have been instrumental since 2023. Their earlier roles at Cargill included Production Supervisor and Process Engineer, along with an Engineering Coop position. Additionally, in 2011, James gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Watlow, focusing on product development for electrostatic chuck heaters. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Data Science from Rockhurst University.
