Jamin Phipps

Jamin Phipps is the Assistant Vice President and Operations Director for Primary Beef at Cargill, where they oversee operations across grind plants in North America. With extensive experience in the harvest side of the business and a recent focus on fabrication, Jamin has held various leadership roles, including General Manager and Technical Services Manager. Jamin earned a Master's Degree in Animal Sciences with a concentration in Meat Science from Angelo State University, where they also gained hands-on experience in processing a variety of livestock under USDA inspection.
