Jill Tabatt

Jill Tabatt is an experienced Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Operations Director for Beef Product Lines at Cargill, where they have worked since 2024. Previously, Jill held various roles at Cargill Protein Group from 1997 to 2021, including Case Ready FSQR Operations Lead and Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance Director, where they managed food safety and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities in the U.S. and Canada. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology with a Minor in Chemistry from St. Cloud State University between 1992 and 1996.
