Joe Menning is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and MBA who excels in engineering leadership and problem-solving. They have held positions in prominent companies such as Cargill, where they currently serve as a Sr. Manufacturing Analytics Engineer, and previously as a Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer. Joe started their career at Sheldahl as a Product Manager and Engineering Manager, effectively implementing Lean manufacturing principles and significantly increasing sales and efficiency. They possess extensive experience in product development and stakeholder management, with a strong emphasis on process improvements and data analytics.
