John Geisler

John Geisler is a retired corporate vice president who enjoyed a long career at Cargill, Inc., beginning in 1978. They served in various roles within Cargill’s wheat milling business before becoming country manager for operations in Thailand in 1993. After returning to Minneapolis, they were appointed President of Cargill’s worldwide dry milling division and later oversaw its Global Food Ingredients businesses as corporate vice president. John also led Cargill’s corporate information technology function as CIO until June 2015 and contributed to business process leadership initiatives in their final year. They earned both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and the University of Michigan, respectively.
