John Kimmel

John Kimmel is currently a Plant Manager at Cargill for the Reserve and Westwego, LA facilities, having been with the company since 2021. Previously, John held multiple leadership roles, including Plant Manager II in Cincinnati, OH, where they successfully managed multiple facilities and achieved significant operational efficiencies. They also owned a successful exterior painting franchise while studying at The Ohio State University, where John earned a B.S. in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong management capabilities, overseeing numerous direct reports and implementing projects that enhance operational effectiveness and safety.
