Jon Kavanagh

Jon Kavanagh currently serves as Head IT & Digital for Cargill in the EMEA region, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Jon was SVP IT & Digital at ROLEX from January 2021 to July 2023, overseeing corporate IT, global applications, and digital innovation. Jon's experience includes a role as VP IT Solution Delivery at Roche, leading a global technology organization with 250 employees from January 2016 to December 2020. Additionally, Jon held various leadership positions at Syngenta from November 2008 to December 2015, including VP HR Technology & Transformation, where significant transformations in the global HR function were achieved. Earlier roles include Head IT, EMEA at OKI Europe Ltd and educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Diploma in Strategic Change Leadership from Cambridge Judge Business School.
