Jon Schloemer is an experienced professional in health and welfare plans and human resources, currently serving as part of the NA Health and Welfare Plans team at Cargill since May 2020. Previously, Jon was on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Health Action Group from September 2015 to September 2020, where strategic direction and governance responsibilities were undertaken for a coalition aimed at enhancing healthcare procurement in Minnesota. Jon's extensive background also includes roles such as Director of Compensation and Benefits and Benefits Manager at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, in addition to various positions at Convergent Retirement Plan Solutions and BISYS Retirement Services.
